Wow! Phoenix worked miracles. I didn’t know whether my carpets could be saved following an extension, with builders, dogs, kids walking mud and brick dust throughout the house. I cannot believe how great they look. Matt is a genius. He can remove anything. A real expert too. They look like new and he even got rid of a printer ink stain, pink kinetic sand stain that I thought couldn’t be removed. I wish I knew how to post photos because they look amazing. Very happy. So nice to find someone so hardworking and friendly. 100% recommend.
Mathew did a great job of cleaning the stains caused by toddler spills on our sofa and also kindly cleaned a recent tea stain on the carpet whilst he was here. The booking process and customer service from Linda was quick and easy and I think the service offered was really competitively priced. Linda and Matt have a family business which is most friendly and impressive. Matt and his younger brother turned up on time and worked tirelessly for about 9 hours on my very soiled carpets, curtains and seats/sofas. Matt’s attention to detail is amazing and there was no question of doing it hurriedly, just thoroughly. We have had the builders in for an extended period and the house was impregnated with dust and dirt. Matt has the professional equipment to clean the dirtiest soft furnishings and it all really looks like new now. I couldn’t believe the difference once they’d finished here. I can recommend Phoenix unreservedly.
I used Phoenix Interiors Cleaning to clean a headboard and several pairs of handmade curtains which had suffered damaged from mildew and condensation.
I had little hope they’d manage to make a dent in the damage and reverse it in any way, other than giving the curtains a decent clean.
However and to my delight, they worked wonders on the stains to the point that they are now virtually invisible and the curtains have been brought back to vivid life. Brilliant work. I contacted Phoenix to enquire about getting my 9yr old blinds cleaned as no matter what i tried I just couldn't get them to sparkle. I emailed via the website late on a Friday night and was called on Saturday morning by Linda.
After explaining how my blinds would be cleaned, I asked the price (expecting to have to take out a small mortgage) imagine my surprise when it was very favourable! I arranged for all my blinds to be collected and Matt arrived at the scheduled time. What an amazing team @ Phoenix! The job was more complicated than anticipated - both due to roller blind design and my misnaming Roman shades. We've just moved into new office space and there were some furnishings left over by the previous tenants. They were in quite bad condition with questionable stains. By the time Phoenix had finished with them (in no time at all), the booths, sofas and mini armchairs spotlessly clean and looked brand new!
